EP#100: Non-Negotiable Standards

EP#100: Non-Negotiable Standards
What is the one main key point you need to share with the audience of men today on this show? (we only have 30 minutes): Stop Saying "Sorry"- as the leader of a profit machine (AKA Sales Team, Sales Org, or Global Sales Force) there are three words that should be driving your decisions, as a Mercenary Capitalist: Authentic, Transparent, UNAPOLOGETIC. You are being compensated and employed to GENERATE PROFIT for your employer. Your responsibility to The Business is to lead, inspire and develop your people to do just THAT. Train them and empower them to say "No" to unqualified prospects or ones that just don't fit. And encourage hem to focus their attention and energy on accomplishing THE MISSION. Share examples of questions you like to be asked about this topic: 1) What do you think is keeping modern leaders from kicking some ass? 2) Why is Sales Management so important to you, Coach? 3) Your LinkedIn profile speaks to and hammers home the question "HOW?" What drives that particular focus? Share Your Bio Here: John Klymshyn says that he knows the answer to the question: "HOW?" As a Navy Vet, Musician, Father, Husband, Coach, and author... he is passionate about getting it RIGHT. Doing things WELL means that you have to understand HOW to do it. Klymshyn Teaches and Coaches people to do what they do... at a high level. "Reach high, Go Deep" he says. Sales Leaders who work with him become Executives. Executive Owners who work with him find ways to sell their companies. Sales people who work with him SLEEP at night... because they are approaching the profession with integrity, skill and passion.
