How To Reprogram Your Subconscious with Jeff Buehner

Twenty-eight years ago, Jeff came across the writings of the richest man to ever walk the earth, Sultan Musa of Mali. No one’s ever come close to this guy, not Jeff Bezos and not Elon Musk. The Sultan could not talk openly about how he learned these secrets, so he embedded the principles of his success in a fairytale so compelling that centuries later nearly everyone in the world is familiar with it. At the age of 12, Musa had a near death experience in which he met a man made of light who taught him how the world works, how creation works. Contained in his writings is something called the Language of the Gods. When you speak this language the world obeys your commands! As Jeff just dabbled in speaking this language, some very strange coincidences occurred. So, he got serious about speaking it... and his whole world changed! He went from a $60,000 a year concrete guy to making hundreds of thousands a month in a new business that just dropped into his lap. Over the past 28years, Jeff has successfully mentored and coached countless others to speak this all-important language that changes everything. When you learn to speak the Language of the Gods, you can drastically improve your sales, success, fitness, relationships and anything else you desire. It’s all contained within Jeff's book, The Sultan’s Seven Secrets.

Uncensored advice for men. Men.com. There's a form, but pose your questions there. With that, let's dive into our guest today. Mr. Jeff. Welcome to the show.

 Jeff Buehner
Hey. Thank you, Josh. By the way, congrats on your success helping men. It's a great thing you're doing.

 Josh Wilson
I love it. Well, I'm a professional dude. I've been one for 40 years, and I have so many challenges. Most of them are between my ears. My body's getting older and it's falling apart in certain ways, but the majority of the struggles I have are between my ears. So I appreciate you saying that. Jeff, what about you, man? What are you working on?

 Jeff Buehner
Well, I have built companies and sold companies, and a couple of years ago, I was going to retire to my farm in Belize. I got the strongest feeling that I can't do that until Shaahin Cheyene uncensored Advice for Men. Men, some really good advice I got almost 30 years ago that changed my life forever. And so I wrote a book. I put myself out there, and that's my mission right now is just to get this message out to as many people as I can so that I can retire.

 Josh Wilson
You were ready to hang up the corporate heath, the business hat, and you were ready to go place out to Belize and work your farm. So let's just say we did that. What does that look like? What does your farm life if you would have retired, what does that look like on a day to day basis?

 Jeff Buehner
Well, that farm represents peace to me. When I'm there, I'm at peace. It doesn't mean I'm sitting around. There's a lot to do, but it's all stuff I love to do. I've done well enough that I could live there for many lifetimes without worrying about money, which has been my whole life. Welcome to America. You worry about money, but when you earn it here and take it to a third world, smaller country, you realize how much stress you've been carrying and how little stress you carry once you're in that situation.

 Josh Wilson
That's so true, man, I can't wait to hear your story. So let's dive into this. You've been successful in your career, but this worry about money, was it there after the major successes? Live, talk to us about your journey.

 Jeff Buehner
Yeah, because it's an addiction. Just because you make a million and then 2 million and then 5 million, 10 million. If you're an American and you're into business and you've been in business, you have this addiction to the stress of money. They can always move the goal post. You get to a million, you think at least 15 years ago, you think, okay, I'm done. Well, no, you're not. They moved the goalposts. Now you need five to retire in a smaller country. They actually have a name for this. They call it the disease. It's one of the first things I learned when I really got involved there and bought property, made friends. They talked about this disease, which is Americans are always, no matter what their situation, looking for more work, more opportunity, build a bigger business, do something more. They look at that as a sickness.

 Jeff Buehner
They live and they have what they need to live and they work just hard enough to be okay. If they make enough this week to get through the month, then they're done for the month and they just hang out with family and go fishing and spend time in their beautiful world enjoying it. That's really weird to us.

 Josh Wilson
Yeah, I would look at that and I run in circles of entrepreneurs, startup, founders, investors, venture capitalists, ten, X, go bigger, Fraser stronger. Put my name on a jet. Right. Like, those are what we're used to meeting, ID, hearing every day when you turn on your social media and I get caught up in that, man, to be honest, man, I'm like, oh yeah, what's my dream? 100 companies. I want to own a piece of 100 companies so that I could influence men and I could be there to walk them through hard times and build success. Right, but you're saying that other countries are looking at as a disease, maybe not a strength. What are your thoughts?

 Jeff Buehner
Yeah, but it's okay. They have their lifestyle. You and I have ours, and ours has some really good aspects to it. So I'm not judging. One is bad and one is good. It's a fact that I am addicted to the same thing you are, to the same thing a lot of the men listening are. It's this idea that we can do better, we can get bigger, we can have more influence. In a lot of ways that's great. None of the guys I hang with over there are having any influence on the world. They're not doing what you're doing. And I want to do that too. I like helping people. Not just helping people. It's that interaction with people you're helping. You learn more trying to help someone else than they learn from you half the time. And that's where the fun comes.

 Josh Wilson
Yeah. All right, so take us back to how old are you there, Jeff?

 Jeff Buehner
 62.

 Josh Wilson
62 years old. All right, so what year does that put you at? Somewhere in the I don't know, I'm not good at math.

 Jeff Buehner
I was born in 1960, so my older brothers got caught up in that 1960s craze, the hippie craze. I was terrified by what they were doing and how they made my parents feel. I went the opposite direction and my dad actually moved us to a farm to get us out of the city that we'd grown up in. I was raised from 1213 on as a farm boy, really. All my friends, my new friends are all farm boys and hardworking kids, great guys.

 Josh Wilson
Yeah. Where at? Where did you grow ups?

 Jeff Buehner
Little town, peter City, Utah About 6000 people back then.

 Josh Wilson
Okay, so what did you want to be if we go back to 14 year old farm boy and we're saying, jess, what do you want to do with the rest of your life? What would you have said?

 Jeff Buehner
I wanted to be like the heroes that were around me. I wanted to be a hard working guy, maybe with my own little farm or ranch. I wanted to rodeo and be really good at that. Of course all the sports in that junior high school. I wanted to play football and do well. I just wanted to be in that rough and tumble manly environment and succeed at it.

 Josh Wilson
Yeah. What did you decide to do after high school and what did your career look like?

 Jeff Buehner
Well, I picked a trade, so I became a concrete contractor and everybody else picked one. They're all roofers or plumbers, they're all building or they're all out in the mines or the oil rigs. I felt good about working hard for my money because that was a subconscious live, deep seated core belief I had that you had to work hard for your money. In fact, what's funny is we made fun of people who made their money any other way. We had names for them, pitchmen slick, talkers, city slickers. And yet I was miserable. I was that guy that you didn't event name to talk to. You'd pull into the gas station and I'd pull in and I'm in my old work truck with a wheelbarrow in the back and a bucket of tools, july and Cross. Kind of angry at the world because I was looking around, seeing other people not working as hard, having a better life.

 Jeff Buehner
That started to work on me, anger me .

 Josh Wilson
Yeah, that's so crazy. We have a similar story. I was digging footers and josh house digging in South Florida this summer. He with my dad on a construction site. And then we would build something. Someone would come up in a Lexus, throw a sign in the front yard, drive off, and I'm like, who the heck are they? Right? Live these realtors making all the money off my sweat. Interesting, ma'am. Alright, so you got p***** off. I'm working hard. There's a fundamental belief that I had in my gut that says you must work hard for your money. What changed?

 Jeff Buehner
I did something that I knew I wasn't supposed to do. And I almost never did it. I complained to a total stranger who I was working for. We were pouring concrete in her backyard. She and her husband were elegant people. I don't know any other better descriptive word. They were elegant. They were obviously very wealthy. They were remodeling this beautiful old home and making it even better. But it wasn't just that. They were also warm and inviting. And they were talking to us. As she talked to me, I started out just telling her you have everything I want, but I don't know how to get there. It devolved into me telling her how really down and depressed I was and how unfair Live was. And I started to really complain. That's something I tried hard not to do. Right in the middle of my complaining to this woman who really was something of an idol, she just turned around and walked off.

 Jeff Buehner
And I was so embarrassed. A few minutes later, she came back and place a manuscript in my hands and told me to read it that night and then give it back to her the next day. I didn't know in that moment that my prayers had just been answered, my proverbs for a better life. I also knew that I didn't have time to read her book. I just put it in the truck. Planning to just give it back to her min the morning and explain, hey, I don't have time. I get up at 530 in the morning, I work until 730. That's when I get a chance to eat my dinner, take a shower and throw myself in bed so I can do it again the next day. I read one page of that manuscript and stayed up the whole night reading the rest of it and taking copious notes.

 Jeff Buehner
This manuscript tells the story of the richest man who has ever walked the earth, sultan Musa of Molly. Now, you may have heard of this guy, or maybe you haven't, but it's a crime that you haven't. It's a crime you don't know his story. It should be taught in every school. This guy was richer than Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk combined back in the West Africa, and he wrote extensively about the secrets of his success. Now, he wrote two parchments. One was a fairy tale. He embedded the secrets of this success in this fairy tale that is so compelling. I mean, you just think of this part centuries later. Almost everyone on Earth is familiar with this fairy tale that he wrote, and he embedded his secrets in it to save his own life. And I'll tell you why. Because where he got these secrets to his success came from a near death experience that he had when he was a young man.

 Jeff Buehner
He me a man made of light and love who taught him pretty much how the world works, how creation works, seven basic principles. And think about it. You don't just come out in the 1300 and say, hey, I died yesterday, but I came back to life by the way I met God, and he taught me things that our most learned scholars know nothing about. That's an easy way to get yourself killed. His is the greatest rags to riches story ever told. But it was more team chat. He was totally benevolent. He loved the man made of light. He wanted to serve him and follow him. He appreciated the gift he was given of these secrets or these teachings. He used the Fairy Tablet, which, by the way, is Aladdin. And the magic lamp. He used that so that he could teach people, and he taught far and wide.

 Jeff Buehner
I mean, he lifted the whole Molly kingdom out of poverty long before he ever became sultan. This guy was unbelievable. It said of him in the history books that he started a school or construction on a new school every Friday, and this is what he taught in the schools. Before he got powerful enough to be brought down by anybody else, he used the Fairy Tablet as an out so he would teach these concepts. If anybody called him on it or started giving him grief, he'd just say, hey, relax, man. It's just a story. It's just entertainment. It was a lot more than entertainment. The second parchment that he wrote contained all of the teachings of the Man Made of Light. It was extensive. It had a complete tutorial on how to speak something called The Language of the Gods. Now, I know this is a weird title for something, but when you speak this language, the world obeys your commands.

 Jeff Buehner
It just does. And it was Min, this manuscript. I'm reading this, and I come across this language of the gods, and it's defined. The second I read it, I know it's true. I know that's how it works. It was like I sat back almost ticked that I hadn't seen it a long time ago, but I knew that's how it works. It goes almost in direct conflict to what we're trained to do, trained to believe. When I use that word trained, I don't mean anybody sat you down necessarily and trained you to do it wrong. It's your whole life from the time you were a little boy, you were told who you are. You were told what group you belong to. You were told how we act min our group. There's something that is described as your superpower. That's kind of my name for it. That wasn't Moose's name for it, but it's a God given gift that you have, and you were an absolute pro at this as a kid, but you were taught and as we get further into this, you'll see how true this is.

 Jeff Buehner
You were taught to quit using your superpower because these were well meaning people in your life, parents, teachers, Sunday school people. They wanted you to fit into their program. It's really important to them that you do well in the program, and your super power stood in the way of that. You actually got chastised for using it. You even got punished for using it. And maybe that was a good thing. But New York the adult now. You can dust off this superpower and put it back to work with maturity, purpose and intent. Josh, it can get you anything you want after you really define what you really want. I use those two words, really in one sentence on purpose. This isn't get you anything you fantasize about. This is identify what really would feed your soul, what really makes you happy to the point where you could commit to it.

 Jeff Buehner
You use your superpower to get to that point as well. You use your superpower, and it will get it for you. Live you some. I'm going to teach you how to speak this language of the gods right here.

 Josh Wilson
Okay? Before we do that, we will dive into the language of the gods. Your story is interesting, and I need to unravel some things for myself and for the listeners you're like, all right, I'm going to take this manuscript. It's going to be a bunch of crowd. I'm not going to read it, right? I dig ditches and I pour concrete for a living, and I'm exhausted. You read the first page, you're hooked, and you're like, this is truth. You stayed up all night. The next day, you went back to the job site, probably exhausted, brain flying, probably had some notes and things. You look at the person who gave you that manuscript, what did that conversation look like?

 Jeff Buehner
I hugged her. I hugged her, and that's all that had to be said. I gave it back to her. I told her I'd stayed up all night. I made my notes, told her I was going to do it, thanked her. The first thing, I just hugged her. That was all that needed to be said. The rest of it was just really unnecessary.

 Josh Wilson
 Nice. All right.

 Jeff Buehner
By the san. Josh, I got to tell you what this meant to me. Within about eight months, I went from being a $60,000 a year concrete guy to making hundreds of thousands of dollars a month in a new business that I was really good at, that I was a natural at, and that just fell into my lap. It came to me from that magic place where everything you want lives out there somewhere. It just came to me from out there, and that's what this is about. I say I hugged her, I hadn't even done it yet. I just read what to do and was, yes, I was physically tired from staying up all night, but I was so spiritually exhilarated that I could have worked three days straight. I was just so pumped up and excited about what I had learned.

 Josh Wilson
Interesting. All right, so now, eight months later, you go from 60 grand a year, which is decent money, right? It's hard work. It's decent money. You're not going to get rich working that kind of job to making hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in a different industry. Because you learned the language of the gods and you learned something about the seven principles, right? I think that's what we're going to unpack some of those. You're going to teach us something that we could apply to our life and start getting our s***, right?

 Jeff Buehner
 Heath.

 Josh Wilson
 Cool.

 Jeff Buehner
Okay, so the language of the gods is the second of the seven.

 Josh Wilson
 Okay?

 Jeff Buehner
The first is musa was taught by this man made of light that there is a mechanism that controls your life, and it is in charge. It controls your life. Now, thankfully, this is later on in the world and hundreds of years after he lived. We're kind of familiar with this concept of a subconscious min. By the way, in the metaphor for his own life, Aladdin min, the magic lamp. Aladdin represents you. He wrote this story for you, for me, for everybody, not for him. This was after he was very wealthy. A lab represents the conscious mind, that entity you think of as you, but then you have this, what he called the veiled mind. You got the conscious min, the veiled mind. I equate that to the subconscious mind, and people can pick up on it instantly. It's not a hard concept to grasp, but that mind is absolutely meeting your life min the direction it thinks it's supposed to go.

 Jeff Buehner
And it's unbelievably good at it. It takes you where it believes you're supposed to go, and there's not much you can do in the long run to stop it. You see these stories of people who win the lottery, right? They have $100,000,000.05. Years later, they don't have a nickel. Why? Because they are programmed to be poor. This persona, I'll use this word, the role they're playing is that of a poor person who comes across $100 million. They will play out their role with perfection. This mechanism that controls their life will make sure that they play that role of a poor person who happened to get 100,000,005 years later, they don't have it. Who does? Someone like you that's programmed to be wealthy, to go for it. All right? Once you understand secret number one, there's a mechanism that controls your life. Whatever it believes is true for you, it's going to make true in your physical realm and you can take that to the bank.

 Jeff Buehner
 Secret number two.

 Josh Wilson
I got questions. Jeff got questions. All right, so I have been learning this. I'm 40 years old and I'm just learning this right? Live. I've said I've gone bankrupt and I've gone through a lot of different struggles, right, chasing money. The faster and harder I chase money, the farther it flees from me. I might grab it right? And it's meeting and I get it. As soon as I get it, I'm still not satisfied with it. So it's very weird. Once I start understanding my subconscious there was a book called Wired for Success but programmed to fail.

 Jeff Buehner
 Okay?

 Josh Wilson
I programmed, my subconscious was programmed for failure. I was self sabotaging left and right. I believe in this subconscious driver of what our true worth is an internal piece of the subconscious. What you're saying sounds like woo, but I believe it. Go on, tell us more.

 Jeff Buehner
It's woo, but evidence is everywhere. I mean, you look at a football game and one team is getting it handed to them. They're just getting cream. They can't do anything right. They go in the locker room. The coach gives them the pep talk of their life. He changes how they see themselves, how they see the game, how they see their abilities, how they see what can happen in the second half. They come out a different team. They're not even the same kids. And they start creeping back. Creeping back. All kinds of things happen. They win the game. What happened? They changed their subconscious belief in that 30 minutes in the locker room. It's why good coaches get paid a ton of money. So the evidence is everywhere. Yet we're trained not to think that it can be that simple, that we can take control of this mechanism.

 Jeff Buehner
But you can and you have. So here's a question. If this mechanism takes you directly where it believes you're supposed to go and does it every time, it never misses. Who told it where you're supposed to go?

 Josh Wilson
 Who.

 Jeff Buehner
Did? You've been telling your subconscious mind who you are, what role you're playing, and where you're supposed to be, how things are supposed to be, how your wife is supposed to treat you, how much money you're supposed to have, how you're supposed to make that money. All of these subconscious beliefs have been developed over the span of your lifetime and you are the one that adopted them. Now to say that it's not completely fair because a lot of people push you into adopting these subconscious beliefs. All of your subconscious beliefs were set, if you will, during an event, accompanysuite by really strong emotion. Like, let's say you got up as a little kid. You dare get up and sing in front of a crowd or give a little talk in front of a crowd and somebody laughed, or the other kids laughed and then you froze up and you bombed and you felt that sense of failure in front of a crowd, just freezing up, being terrified.

 Jeff Buehner
From that point on, you have a subconscious belief that's not your gig now you can overcome. We'll talk about that, you may have, because as life goes on, you have different experiences and different emotions attached to those experience. So these change these subconscious beliefs. Josh, once you understand this, I could go back and identify with clear eyes why I was a concrete contractor, why I acted the way I was. Just two of them. One, I had a subconscious belief that you had to make your money. The only honorable way was hard physical labor. You had to work for it. So that's what I was doing. The other one was it was wrong to be rich or you couldn't be righteous and rich at the same time. I know exactly where that came from. I grew up in a religious community. There was always this rich people look how they treat others.

 Jeff Buehner
These poor humble people like us, we're wonderful heath. And I've gone into that. But I wasn't happy. I needed to change those two subconscious beliefs. Here's where the language of the gods comes in. You can change any subconscious belief that is currently there, that is making your life what it is, because nothing has changed in the way it works. If you create an event and you create strong emotion around that event, you have to do it more than once now because you're a little older, but I won't go into that. You can sep brand new subconscious beliefs. It's literally like getting into the control panel of your subconscious mind and typing out a new program. Hit enter, shut the door, and that new program will run. The results of the new program will just come from out there. Doesn't mean you won't work, but that's all part of it.

 Jeff Buehner
You will change your behavior, you will change your thoughts. New people will come into your life, new interactions, new videos will pop up that you wouldn't have seen before, wouldn't have even been looking for before. You'll get different results and you can't stop it. You are not tough enough to stop it once your subconscious mind believes it.

 Josh Wilson
Here's an example of this in location from my experience. I've had tough jobs in my life. Digging ditches, working on the back of a moving truck. I was a firefighter paramedic, kicking doors down, delivering babies, stopping blood I've wrestled alligators. I've built some roofing companies, so I know some tough work, and that was embedded into me. You have to work hard for your money. It's wrong to be rich kind of thing. These are some of the internal things that I had to unwind. This idea of making money online live, man, I've been trying since 2008 to try to figure out this thing called making money online. It wasn't until one day I went to my mailbox, I'm like, man, this is so hard. I opened it up, and there was a $500 referral check. I was just like, I didn't do any work. I just said, hey, you should meet my friend Bob and Bob, and you should meet whatever.

 Josh Wilson
Money showed up, and I was like, wow, there's something here, and I didn't know it. And then that created a new belief. I don't have to swing hammers to make money, right? I can if I want to. I love demolition, but I don't have to anymore. But that new event happened. It didn't matter how much. It could have been a billion dollars. That changed my belief systems on, can I do this? And the answer was yes. And it was proven. I just have to duplicate it and do it again. So this is so cool. This new event changed my way forever. I could tell anybody, yeah, you can make money online. You can make money with the podcast. You can make whatever, because I did it. I didn't believe it. I did it. Holy moly. Now you can too, right? We can pass on our belief system.

 Josh Wilson
I like this. And this is weird, right? It's weird because this isn't taught in school, and it should be, maybe. All right, Jeff, keep going, man. Thank you.

 Jeff Buehner
Well, that's a perfect example, by the way. Just perfect. I couldn't have come up with a better one, so thank you for that. Every guy out there that's listening, you may love to work. That might be a really good subconscious belief. I love to work. When I go to Belize. Still I'm pruning banana plants. They don't need me for that. I've got a caretaker. I love to work, build something, and see the results of my work. I don't want my money tied to that. I don't want to make my money pruning banana plants. And you don't have to. You can do all the good things you love doing and change your subconscious beliefs to anything that serves you in a way that meets your core values, what you really want out of life. Let's go back to the language of the gods, because I don't want this to end.

 Jeff Buehner
I know you've got limited time without your listeners really understanding how to do this. This will change your life. Look, all the fear you have in life stems from not having control, not feeling. Like you're in control. Something else is in control, and it is until you learn to do this. Once you learn to do this, you're in control. You seize control of your life, your future, your current level of happiness. The language of the gods is the language that the mechanism that controls your life, listens to, obeys, and is programmed by, and it is not what you think. It has nothing to do with the words that come out of your mouth or even the thoughts you're thinking. So this is a little weird, right? Well, how do you do it, then? All right, the language it listens to and by the way, it's totally aware of your thoughts and your feelings.

 Jeff Buehner
It's totally aware and basically in charge of everything. It's feeding you thoughts and ideas and feelings and impulses. That's how it controls you and controls your life, and you speak to it in this one language. It's speaking to you, controlling you in thoughts and feelings and impulses, and you're trying to speak to it. You're trying to control your life by thinking and figuring it out and even speaking. Okay. Affirmations. I'm rich. I'm rich. I'm rich. Your subconscious mind doesn't play that game. It knows you're only saying that because you're poor and you wish you were rich, and you're not getting rich doing that, but you're kind of on the right track. So let me explain this. The language of the gods, the language this mechanism hears and obeys San Josh every time, all the time. It believes this language when you speak it never doubts it.

 Jeff Buehner
If you can just accept that and then learn how to do it. So here we go. The language of the gods is feelings. Feelings is the language that you're speaking to your subconscious mind all the time. It believes every one of them and keeps your life congruent with your predominant feelings. Think about when you wake up in the morning. You start habitually thinking about your life, your situation, your circumstances, and it's habitual. You do it every morning. If you wrote them out, you'd find out that you think the same thoughts every single morning. They make you feel a certain way. Your subconscious mind is hearing your feelings, believing them, and then making sure your life is congruent with those feelings. Now, this is really important because the people who know you can count on you. They can count on you to act a certain way in every certain situation.

 Jeff Buehner
They can come to you and get the San Josh every time. You're not way off. You're not a whole new guy one day, so it's good to have your life be congruent. What if there are aspects of your life that you really don't like and your reality sucks? Let's say you have a terrible social life, you just don't get along with people, and you can try little tricks. You could read little books, and then you go try them. It's really awkward. It didn't work. That cements your belief that, no, I just don't do good with people and I can't really change. The fact is, you can change, and you can change so fast it will blow your mind. You can change as fast as you dare because this comes at you as such a shocker that you have to ease yourself into it . If your reality is dictating your feelings and your subconscious min is meeting your reality, congruent with your feelings, you're stuck, right?

 Jeff Buehner
You can't just change your reality that fast and then let the new reality dictate. Plus, your subconscious mind won't let you change your reality. All right, here comes your superpower. This is another of the seven Secrets. You have the ability to generate really strong human emotion that has nothing to do with reality. You do it all the time. This is your ability to imagine and pretend. Now, unfortunately, you use this power in a negative way just as much as you use it in a positive way, maybe even more to the point of habitual negativity. So, yeah, you got a big meeting coming up. You want to do well, and so you spend a few seconds imagining it going well, but pretty quickly you start worrying about it doesn't go well, man, I don't get that pay. I don't make the bonus. Then Billy's going to pass me again.

 Jeff Buehner
I hate that guy. We're trained to look at reality and give it almost all of our value, and we take it so seriously. When you read about Sultan Musa Mulli and his writings, you will learn to loosen your grip on reality. It's just a role you're playing. You're dedicated to it. You're in character and you stay in character, and your subconscious mind keeps you in character. But that's all it is. It's a role. If you were picked up by a helicopter and flown to England and dropped into the castle and everyone told you. Hey. You're the king. They all treated you that way very quickly. Your conscious Min would I mean. It would question it at first and have of confusion at first. But very quickly. Within hours. Maybe a day or two. You would kick Min and start being the best king you could be and try to do a good job.

 Jeff Buehner
And you would accept that role. Within one year, you'd be hard pressed to think of yourself as anything other than the king. So, you're just a role place. There is no Josh. Josh is an invented role. It's good. It's important. You've learned a lot by playing the role of Josh. You have the power and the right to dream up a different role anytime you want. When you then speak in the language of the gods, you tell your subconscious mind what new role you're playing. It will believe it and support that new role. It doesn't care what role you play. It's not a passion. It doesn't care if you're miserable. This is the reality of your subconscious, Min. If you're miserable, it doesn't care. It'll keep you miserable if it believes. That's your role. Think of it more like a computer that can be programmed, not a passionate entity that should love you, even though it's vitally part of you back to your ability to imagine and pretend.

 Jeff Buehner
I can't leave this out. You do this all the time. You're a pro at this. You're a born pro. You used to get lost in a makebelieve world as a little kid, to the point where your dad would get frustrated because you wouldn't go to bed. You're running around the house being the sheriff. Pew, pew. In those moments of play, you did it because it was fun. It felt good. You were feeling emotions attached to your imaginary world that were really wonderful. In those moments, many of your subconscious beliefs were formed. Well, then why didn't your world, your reality, turn out? Live your childhood, play well, because you quit doing it. You were told to get your head out of the cloud, start focusing. Hey, you're living in a fantasy world, Josh. Focus on your homework. Get to your job on time, dude. Get with it.

 Jeff Buehner
And you did. You started focusing on your real world. You felt all of the feelings associated with a nice real world life of struggle and trying to grind it out, figure it out. Subconscious mind believed those meeting and went to work creating a real Vworldc life to match. So now you want to change it. Okay, here's how you do it. You generate an imaginary scenario, and just like when you were a little kid, you get lost in this daydream, this make believe world. Now you're going to know that it's not real. It's just make believe, right? But what about the meeting ID generates? Are those real? Yeah. You better believe it. And your subconscious mind is listening. You take your focus off of your real world. I mean, you're still going through the motions, but you take the value of that world and shift it to your spirit world, your dream world.

 Jeff Buehner
By the way, you can take control of your spirit world in seconds, minutes, maybe days. And this part I can't get into. Chapter five of my book is how this works. Understanding how it works is the magic, because you will do it once you understand why what you're doing is changing things. Your spirit world absolutely controls your physical world. The way you're meeting changes everything. This is all about mastering your meeting, no matter what is going on in your physical realm. In fact, in defiance of all the crap that's going on over there, to try to change your physical world without changing your spirit world is frustrating. Ineffectual but do it the other way around, and you will see coincidence after weird coincidence until you have absolute confidence that's the way it works. Now, this takes a little Dtkcoaching, because the real world, there's this opposition.

 Jeff Buehner
The real world is always tapping you on the shoulder, and in fact, your own subconscious mind is going to work against you in the beginning. You're going to dream up. I mean, let's say you've never had more than ten grand in the bank in your whole life, and you dream of having 100 grand. It's all yours. Stuffed under the mattress or in a tin can outback wherever you have it's all yours. That makes you feel good to really imagine it and feel the feelings of having it? Well, right off the bat, your subconscious mind is about conference link your reality. It's going to tap you on the shoulder and start giving you all the reasons why that can't happen. Come on, Josh. Man. You're a concrete guy. How in the world are you ever going to come ahead 100 grand? If you know that's what it does, it's just doing its job, and you persist in flooding it, I mean, burying it.

 Jeff Buehner
Min feelings that don't match your reality but match the life you want. Ian Hill surprise you? At first, it feels like it's very persistent. Hey, Josh, that's not going to work. I don't see how that could happen. All of a sudden, if you keep it up, it makes a shift, and you can almost tell when it happens. It's like, okay, you keep flooding me with these feelings. I keep telling you, hey, that's not reality, and you keep doing it. Okay, I give up. Now. It starts buying into these feelings, and the next thing what happens when that shift occurs is you will feel the emotion of conference link that aspect of your life. You'll go from, I don't know how this could happen. I've peter had it. I don't know that I can have it. Why can other people have it and I don't have it?

 Jeff Buehner
You'll go from whatever that emotion is to you keep flooding it with these feelings, using your imagination, to where you're literally experiencing having it. You're feeling the same feelings that you would feel when you actually have it. Something shifts where it's like, boom, I'm going to have it, and you just know it. Nothing's changed in your physical realm. You didn't get a new job. Nobody's come and handed you any money or told you they're going to. It's just you have confidence now in your ability to attain that much money and have it be all yours. Taxes paid, bills paid. It's yours when you feel that confidence. By the way, the first thing I teach people is just how to pay attention to what they're feeling when they think about a certain aspect of their life, because whatever you're feeling when you think about that aspect of life, whether it's your relationship, your health, your fitness, your strength, even your vonfinch level, whatever you feel when you think about it is what your subconscious mind believes.

So, Jeff, there's no way that we're going to be able to get through all the seven. So I do want to do this. I know that guys are going to go, holy moly, this is starting to pique my interest. I want more. So let's do this. Before we go any further, where could guys go to scoop up your book and start doing some self study and find out more about what you have learned? What's a good place for that?

 Jeff Buehner
All right. I wrote a book. The Sultan's Seven Secrets. All seven secrets are in there. I didn't hold anything back. If you go to Sultans Seven, the numbersecrets.com, you can download a digital copy of my book. Cool. You could be speaking the language of the gods tonight and all day tomorrow, and you will see weird coincidences when you do this. Sultan's has an S at the beginning and an S at the end. The number seven secrets again with an S at the beginning and an S at the end.com. Go get the book. I want everyone to have the book. It's my ticket to finally feeling like I've done what I need to do. I can go prune some banana plants.

 Josh Wilson
Let me ask you, along this journey, right? You feel like you went to retire and the universe said no. They said, you've got to get this you got to get this word out there. You got to get this message out there. You've been giving it. Now you got to give it. You said that this is the key for then you go hit the farm in Belize and peel bananas and have some fun, right? Which one day when I come out to Belize, I'll come visit you and we'll peel bananas together. This is your ticket, right, for guys out there who have retired, maybe pulled the rip cord, and then they go, man, I just don't feel at peace. Maybe there's that one more ticket that they need to go achieve live. What advice do you have for those guys?

 Jeff Buehner
Well, don't allow the fact that you don't know how to do it to get in your way. In fact, don't even look at that. Don't ever ask the question, how could that happen? Because remember, everything is already out there. Every million dollar idea, every other person who knows exactly how to do the marketing and all the technical side that they're looking for good content, someone like you, all you need to do is hook up with the right circumstances, the right people, the right situations, and they're all there. They're all out there. When you become a master of your feelings, you literally command your subconscious min to go get them, and it will. So one last thing. Going back to the metaphor, the Aladdin Min, the magic lamp, think of the genie that can get you anything. All powerful genie live. Stewart's got all the power.

 Jeff Buehner
He or she only says two things. One is what do you want? What is wanted? The other is your wish is my command. Let me leave you with this thought. Your subconscious mind that controls your life is always asking, what do you want? What life do you want me to create for you? What do you want me to go get? You're always answering, every minute, every day. Right now, you're answering in the language of feelings. You think of your relationship and you start doing the, oh, my gosh, I'm so sick of her. Why can't she just you're feeling a certain way and answering the question, what kind of life do you want with those meeting? And guess what you're going to get? If you drastically change the feelings you send to your subconscious min by using your superpower to pretend, imagine it the way you want it to be.

 Jeff Buehner
Pretend that's the way it is. You'll feel differently and your subconscious min doesn't care. It's just like, what do you want? Oh, this really good relationship. But remember, not thoughts, not words, feelings. You can say things that are not congruent with the way you're really feeling on a deep level. This is about learning how to produce feelings that match the life you want. Here's the last thing, Josh, the last thing. You'll be happy instantly when you do this, because how are you meeting? When you do this, you're lost in a make believe perfect world and feeling those feelings. So you're happy. Yes, you're expecting something to change in the future, but you're happy right now. And that is the trick. Many people are waiting for something to happen in their physical realm so they can finally be happy. The truth is, it works the exact other way around.

 Jeff Buehner
You have to get happy, excited, pumped up first, and then good things happen in your physical realm.

 Josh Wilson
Feelings first. The language of the gods, which dictate the subconscious. What is it that you want? Not our thoughts, right? Hey, I want to be rich. I want to be rich. I want to be rich. I want to be rich. Have as many affirmations as you want. It's the feelings behind it that direct the genie, the subconscious, to create the reality. Did I get it?

 Jeff Buehner
 You're absolutely there.

 Josh Wilson
Boom. All right, so for guys who want to go deeper in this, they can head on over to Sultans Seven Secrets.com, right? Is that a good place? That's a good way to connect with you too. Author/Coach
